Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately via our Contact Page if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

If our team's assistance still does not bring the desired results, we will provide instructions on how to return your order.

Once our team has received your item, a full refund of the item returned excluding shipping charges will be processed within 7 working days.

Product damaged or defective

To qualify for a free reshipment or full refund on a product that arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us via our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining the issue and providing clear photos or videos of the damage.

Please understand it is a requirement to provide clear, visual proof of the damage to qualify for a full refund or a free reshipment on a product claimed as defective or damaged.
